Tuna Ball

Serves: 8   Serving size: ⅛ recipe

  • 2 6½ -oz cans water-packed tuna, well drained
  • 8 oz reduced-fat softened cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish, drained
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  1. Combine the tuna, cream cheese, relish and onion in a bowl and mix until cream cheese is slightly chunky.
  2. Form the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the parsley and chill before serving. Serving with pita bread wedges.
