- 2 6½ -oz cans water-packed tuna, well drained
- 8 oz reduced-fat softened cream cheese
- 1 tbsp pickle relish, drained
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Combine the tuna, cream cheese, relish and onion in a bowl and mix until cream cheese is slightly chunky.
- Form the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the parsley and chill before serving. Serving with pita bread wedges.
