Shrimp Dip

Serves: 16    Serving size: 1 Tbsp

  • 2 tbsp catsup
  • 8 oz fat-free softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb shelled, cooked shrimp, diced
  • 3 sprigs fresh dill
  1. Mix the catsup, cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce together until well blended.
  2. Add the shrimp and stir. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with low-sodium crackers.
